I tested a Breakout. I didn't like the rider position. So I bought a Fatboy 2024. Much more of what I wanted. Love it. Traded in my 2022 SGS. Nice smooth ride. For me the 240 rear tire is not a problem.

For me, the Breakout would be perfect if they offered a blacked out version. I had a Harley with lots of chrome. I spent more time cleaning the damned thing than I did riding it. Hours after you think you have thoroughly dried the bike, water will come out of every crevice while you are riding and become baked on water spots. The Breakout and the Fat Boy are my favorite Harley-Davidson models, but that chrome is a no go for me.

Makes me really miss my Corey Ness JackPot. I ran a 300 rear tire, so that 40 ls a bit anemic. Traded my Jackpot in 2015 for a Streetglide Special, put 18000 miles on it, and just traded that for a new 23 RG3, which I already have 6000 miles on. God I love this trike. Oh been ridin for 57years so far.

Boosters are out for this bike lately. Breakout has always been a great looking bike. Reminds me of my FXSTC with the rake. Not sure I like the low-profile rear tire, but definitely like the drag bike width of it. I can ride my FXSTC for 10 hours straight it's so comfortable. I bet you could do the same with the Breakout. If I were to buy a new Harley, the Breakout would be it.
