2024 Health Literacy Summit Plenary

The plenary session focused on laying the foundation for sustaining the work, celebrating engaged collaborative practice, and shared learning. The presentations reviewed the components of the organizational health literacy toolkit that were co-created during the project and highlighted the partnership between community-based organizations and DC Health.
