I picked a Honda City last week. I moved from SUV to Sedan for more comfort. HONDA CITY impressed me a lot, City Drive with AC I get around 11 to 12kmpl. highway 19.5 manual transmission if maintained in 80-90. The build quality is ok when compared to previous generation. The front Grill is too feeble and need to be careful. The plastic used is not as good as before. The infotainment is good, but the position is not perfect as we could hardly see the display in a bright sun, hitting your windshield. Almost everyone said the car is silent inside, but we can hear the tyre noise in the cabin. Engine is very smooth, and gear shift feels butter. Ground clearance is not an issue though the spec says 165mm, the company did not claim with or without laden weight, no vibration or engine noise in halt. Overall, I feel happy having a 4-cylinder well refined proved engine rather than a 3-cylinder SKODA, Virtus.

Bought Honda city 5th Gen V variant for 15 Lakh on road Pros: 1. ADAS- only sedan car under 15 lakh with ADAS. Highway auto drive was excellet in between lanes. 2. Mileage- Chennai city OMR traffic: 10 to 12 km/ltr Highway: 19 to 21 km/ltr 3. Reliable vTec Engine 4. Rear seat Comfort 5. Apple Carplay and Android Auto in-built 6.Average Maintenance Cost Cons: 1. Tilted 8" screen towards roof. 2. No Ventilated seats. 3. Average reverse parking Camera.

hello sir, i am also booked Honda city v elegant edition which is going to delivered by next month. the only thing i need to clarify that about the ground clearance. is it ok for you sir or feeling discomfort while driving over the speed breakers and uneven roads. I heard with full luggage and 5 persons it will scratch below. that is what i am worried of. does that really happen????

@@noisyboy9043 Ride slow in 1st or 2 nd gear, wont be much tough task to cross speed breakers if u go slow. I faced once as the Speed breaker height very much high than usual ones. Else as per rules height normal speed breakers (100 mm) , it cross so ease.

I chose elevate over sedan for two main reasons 1 bad roads and city has low ground clearance compared to slavia. 2 these days the sedan are so lengthy we have parking issue in narrow roads while reversing

@kirankumar-pe9qf I own zx manual. Nvh levels are good. No road noise. Initially factory fitted tyres have high air pressure (mine had 46). At that time nvh levels were high. Once the air pressure is reduced to normal, nvh levels are good

@@kirankumar-pe9qf I have not got our new vehicle yet but from what I know of from the test drives and reviews , the ivtec makes some noise but is it a deal breaker ? , if you like engine revving then you will like it , and yes creta gives you comparatively silent engine but for me the ivtec is a deal breaker and am least bothered about the noise filtering in. Plus elevate is based on the city which got 5 in Latin ncap and elevate handles well
