Just bought the Transalp …not too sure about taking it off road due to its weight . I was an experienced off road rider in my youth , but on the old fashioned lightweight 😅 trail bikes. At 59 with a medical issue , not sure I could lift 209 kg plus tail bag off the floor . You seemed to handle it well , like you say don’t push it , until you feel comfortable . It’s a great back road , touring bike , and does well on the motorway , I have the tall Honda screen option , looking to get a low seat option , but here in Australia it’s a 4 week wait 😮. Honda really need to lift their game , lots of part and accessories are not available . Keep the content coming .

I was actually surprised on how easy it is to lift the bike. I also have a Klx300 that is 308lbs and I feel that Transalp is easier to pick up. Dropped it a couple of times and I have been in some more challenging trails and I am happy with the way it handles.

@@advfreedomfor some reason everytime i tried to share the screen shot its not working but its 27000 highway 60, whitney Ontario. There is lots of trails in there but i only did the one because i was in my truck and doing some crownland camping (also amazing fishing) but if you go straight towards the river it ends and you can go left or right, left goes back all the way to whitney and right takes you along 3 camping spots and it ends for full size cars at a atv trail. I camped at the last camp site before the atv trail and i highly recommend checking it out it has a beautiful waterfall there also might be a few people there anyway because its a well known spot but it is beautiful

Yes I did actually. Also from Boundary to oak Ridge trail and Ballyduff rd. Tires are good except mud and loose rocks for now.
