4:25 those wheels are the E10SP (Exotic 10 Spokes) first used on the Celero GT and you can find them on the maroon Pagani Zonda R Weird that in images of the third Neon Speeders set I've seen this type used on a car there, as the NS6 wheel was supposed to be a differentiating factor.

Nope! Factory sealed case. Most cases don't have a Super.
