Those clips are from several different countries (Central Europe). To explore Off-Road tracks I usually go Try and Error on obscure paths, usually remote areas where you can hardly meet a person. For On-Road or public places I can give you an info, just point me to exact place in the video.

Do you have your bike lowered any? I’m 6’1” and I’m tiptoeing on my es700

No, I have stock suspension, also tiptoeing. I compensate with leaning to the side that I need, then I get full foot down.
