The Police officer after climbing up and seeing the shooter dropped down instead of engaging, and the SS lost track of him for questioning. They claim they didn't put a detail on that building because the slope was deemed unsafe, yet the SS sniper that took out the gunman (who watching the gunman and waited until after he fired) That SS sniper was on a building with a sloped roof.
