Absolutely choose this as a daily driver. I despise the inevitable future trend towards ev's and if I had an ICE powered pickup truck like this...I would keep it for the rest of my driving life.

Just picked up the ARB expedition edition so stay tuned if you want to see what it’s like camping. All can be added as extras as well which I really like about the D-Max V-Cross.

Engine undersized at 1.9 Should have more engine options. Would prefer a hilux at 2.8.

Here in the UK and Europe, the D-Max only gets the smaller 1.9-litre engine and not the more powerful 3.0-litre engine offered in other markets like Australia and New Zealand - I wonder why?

1.9? How do they sell them next to a hilux? Your not getting a great deal. All new Dmax’s are 3.0 in NZ. Even bare bones basic. The legendary Duramax. What it’s named after. Pifff. Gruntless.
