Nothing is going to ruin Jimmie Johnson's legacy. Also if he is still having fun despite the struggles, then let him have fun

Only sport I've seen were people collectively trash on a legend. I wonder would Dale get the same treatment if he struggled in his latter years?
@KitsuneGB-hc9zb5 ай бұрын
I think once you win seven championships and co-own your own team, I think you’ve earned the right to run your own car in 30th every couple weeks just for shits and giggles.
@yeeyeee97265 ай бұрын
@@KitsuneGB-hc9zb Worst part is he sometimes is running fairly well and gets in accidents. Plus one thing people never talk about us that Jimmie has raced in gen 4, both versions of the cot car, gen 6, and next gen and has won a race and championship in all but one.

Kyle Busch has broke Pettys and dales record by winning a race 19 seasons in a row
@seannolan98578 ай бұрын
Though honestly it should be a tie with Petty. Richard won at Lakewood Speedway in 1959, but Lee successfully argued with NASCAR that he'd really won. Mainly because the team would get more money from Lee winning than they would have from Richard winning.
@nomadman52888 ай бұрын
The Jimmie stuff is blown out of proportion. He's basically 2 years behind in this car, drving for a team he's trying to build up which is why he's driving at all. That said, I'd love to see him drive the 20 Xfinity car for Gibbs a few times since that car would fit his driving style and he wouldn't be learning on the fly. Denny Hamlin even talked about it in his podcast, saying how tough of a spot Jimmie is in because of how different this car drives than the old cars.
