After sales service is topmost priority hence Nexon is least preferable.

You will go to service once a year or max 2 times a year and you are just thinking of that. Been using 2 Tata cars at home and honestly their service is good, parts availability is also good.

I heard that ADAS in Sonet can be easily switched-off completely as it is definitely not meant for narrow Indian Roads.

Sonet was my first choice. But after test drive I switched to Venue due to the uncomfortable rear seats. Such a good car I don't know why they did not focus on rear passengers.

I think exactly for this reason. Whoever prefers rear seat comfort, they sell Venue. For people who will only use this with max 2-3 passengers, Sonet is very good. Plus Venue doesn’t get diesel automatic. Sonet facelift has a few desirable features over Venue - ventilated seats, 10 inch touch screen, diesel auto etc. Kia and Hyundai have played this very well. They will soon get Venue facelift with all these features once Sonet volumes start stabilising.

this makes sense when you compare them two cuz for the same size the boot is made smaller and thus your rear seat space is higher, but it is still really solid for 2 5 foot 10 passengers seated back to back

Goes upto 18lakh on road.. In China, Chinese brand always keeps the price low due to which foreign brands in China keep price low to compete with them... In other terms, Indian made cars dictates the price in the segment.. But unfortunately Tata and mahindra prices all their car above other brand due to which prices of foreign brand also increases... Tata and mahindra should get award for using nationality sentiments to push sales.. 😅

@@arp1141 EV could be on a new platform I think. If this platform was good for it, they could have brought it already with the facelift. They might look at born-EV platforms instead for this mass-market segment

i still don't get what the users say about the vehicle, even after 2 test drives i found Kia sonet's suspension softer than that of the venue and the nexon. unpopular opinion? yes but this is my take. do test drive on that front before concluding.

​@@raghunathbalajiAbsolutely true. I own Sonet . Initial few 1000 km had faced stiffer suspension. After 1-2 services suspension became really good. It's stiffer but very good one without any uncomfortable feeling on bad roads. I travelled in Nexon I didn't like it's ride quality in bad roads. Too much jerk inside. Sonet is better
