I think you might like a bowl on the table. Think about adding more black around the house it really adds the dimension I think you’re looking for. I believe it’s why you are drawn to your new chairs.

Table looks nice ❤ I think the rug will work better if it is a bigger size. Also the vase would look better if it was smaller. Just my opinion.

Looks beautiful. Maybe go with a bigger rug under table. Should be able to pull out chairs on the rug. Great job!

I agree with the person who thought a smaller vase for that dining table would be better and make the table look a little larger. Love the furniture and the jute rug! And I believe I wouldn't paint the hutch. Give it a while with the new furniture to see what you think. You can still paint it later if you want. Hope you are feeling better and that your back is not hurting.

Love the new dining room table and like that rug but, like other commenters, think if it comes in a larger size, that would work better. I would leave the hutch white as I think a lighter, contrasting "backdrop" makes the centerpiece of the room (the table & chairs) stand out more. Always enjoy your decorating videos. You have such clever ideas and great taste!

Love the new dining table. Great shape and style. As far as the rug, love the color of the first one, but definitely needs to be larger in scale. When you are seated at the table, the rug should be large enough that your chairs are still on it when pulled out. Really also like the hutch back in its original spot. New hardware would elevate it. Great job!! 😊

Love the new table and chairs. Leave the hutch white or off white but repaint it to take away the farmhouse look. Love the rug but it definitely needs to be bigger. While the vase is pretty it dwarfs the table size.

I am loving the new table. I'm glad you put the hutch back too. It looks great there. I think a smaller vase and a larger rug would make the table look bigger. Maybe if the rug was rectangular.

Love your home and your video. I’d do a larger rug in the living room AND under the dining room table. See if you can get a rug large enough so your sofas sit entirely on it. Same with dining room. The dining chairs should sit on the rug even when the chair is pulled all the way out. That way everything will look more luxurious. 💞

Hey Lauren! I agree with others that a smaller vase or a bowl would be better to not drown out that beautiful table. The jute rug is pretty but definitely go with the bigger size. I’m not sure what I would do with the hutch to be honest. I’m not liking the white as much now with your new table and chairs. Coming together so nicely. I like all your patriotic decor 😊

Love it!! Try changing the knobs first before committing to a darker hutch. But it would also look beautiful in a sage green color!😍

The jute rug makes the room look more elegant and definitely needs to be bigger,the jute compliments the table wood nicely, the hutch looks great like it is, I would stick with darker hardware so it ties in with your chairs

I love your table and chairs, so beautiful! The colors make the hutch look even more pretty. I was on the hunt for a sponge holder myself and then my mother in law mentioned she just stores hers on the top rack of her dishwasher and pulls it out when doing dishes then puts it back and that way it stays sterilized plus out of the way.

Instead of painting the whole hutch you could paint the inside of it to break up the white and give it some depth. Love the new table so much better!

Love the new dining set and all the decor! You’re doing an amazing job with everything! Maybe a bigger rug would be nice in the dining room but whatever makes you happy. Could possibly use one of the smaller rugs in the kitchen and use the small runner somewhere else. Just a thought but do what you think is best for your fam. ❤🎉

I would do the darker one for sure just get a bigger one. Also do a smaller vase that one makes your table look too small. I would maybe add a wooden Lazy Susan with maybe some white detailing in it to pull in the hutch on your table. Just my opinion your house always looks amazing!!

Love the patriotic theme!!! Be careful getting a new door. Our home is older so we can't just swap front doors out due to settling of the house and sometimes its not square to the house. That's what I was always told so we are having Home Depot install one for us one day.......we got it measured but it will be a bit before we can afford the door and labor but at least it will be squared. If you have a newer home then its probably not a problem- but just something to be mindful of. Love your home and ideas!!

I love the chairs. I’ve been wanting to get new chairs for our table because we’ve had the chairs we have now for about 4 years and it’s time for something new. Your decor looks so cute. I should probably start decorating for summer because I still have some bunnies out from Easter 😂

Hi Lauren, I certainly enjoyed watching your kitchen dining room makeover. I love love the dining room table with the leaf in it that we plenty of room for your little family and then when you have guest, they’ll be room to put food on it or people sit around it and the hutch is just perfect and your decorating style is, so appealing and lovely to look at! And you’re a little little helper did such a good job helping you he’s gonna be a wonderful suite caring big brother to his little sister. I like the hutch a white color it just kind of gives contrast to the table and the decor that you have put on the table and fist together enjoy your summer and the upcoming birth of that beautiful little girl. by the way, I like the brown rug that you have under your dining room table. It accentuates the table and with the wide hutch, and if you change the hardware on the hutch, everything will coincide with each other, and it will be such such a calming beautiful place for you to enjoy your meals or just enjoy sitting there with Will and Oliver and that beautiful baby girl.

I love the new table and the chairs. The centerpiece is beautiful but seems too big for the table. Maybe on the other side of the hutch or in the LR on the floor. But it’s your house and what ever you choose and love is perfect. Maybe a small candle on the wood tray in the corner in the kitchen
