Outstanding review from an actual owner. I also have a '24 Land Cruiser Premium. I have owned three previous Land Cruisers and this one is, by far the best. I love the engine. It is quick, reliable, and decent mpgs (I'm averaging 19-21 combined). The appearance / look is by far the best looking LC ever produced. It is a very heavy truck and the engine out performs my 200 Series with the outdated V8. Again, well done video. Appreciate the honest review from an actual owner and not just another KZbinr looking to get a couple of views.

I’m so glad you’re enjoying the new LC as much as I am - I’m really loving mine so far too!

@@JPontheMountain Great. I recommended your video on our Land Cruiser forum, so will likely see a few upticks from LC enthusiasts like we are. Cheers!

Great video. The background you shared about loving Toyota and dreaming about LC ownership yet waited for tech. I feel that. Thanks for sharing man.

I'm with you on the roof rack options. What I'd really like is a full length side bar for greater stability but so I can still take the cross bars off when I don't need them. And use whatever Thule/Yakama cross bars I want.
@JPontheMountain9 сағат бұрын
That would be a great setup. I’m considering running a Rhino Rack platform on the oem rack. We’ll see

Ive owned my 250 LC for 2 months, I wanted a 200 series as well, Buuuuuut after weighing back and fourth the 250 is the move. The Power generator in the back is the MOVE!! does the 200 series have a 2400w inverter in the back?! Hell no!! the 250 does! which one looks better the 250! I LOVE the 250. Subbed.
@JPontheMountain2 күн бұрын
Couldn’t agree more! I need to take more advantage of the 2400W inverter.

Can you share info / links for the “attic” that you put in the cargo section of the Land Cruiser? As well as the molle panel for the visor? Thanks.
@JPontheMountain2 күн бұрын
Hey there! They are both from Blue Ridge Overland Gear. I’ll be uploading a separate video going over the small additions in more detail soon.

@@JPontheMountain I just checked blue ridge and they don’t have a vehicle attic specific for the LC250 on their website. So did you pick the one for the old 4Runner/GX or the old LC/LX?
@JPontheMountain2 күн бұрын
@ LC/LX I called and confirmed dimensions before ordering. It’s a perfect fit in the 250

Wait for the old men emu. Best / most reliable suspension imo. And build like a tank.
@JPontheMountain2 күн бұрын
I do agree. I’ve had both Icon and OME suspension systems in the past. I loved them both, but OME is definitely more tested and proven.

The things I’m concerned about with the land cruiser, is not only the cost of the vehicle, but the maintenance and upkeep, the insurance and the fact that you have to put premium gas in the vehicle! All of these things tell me that it’s going to be very expensive to keep up and use.
@JPontheMountainКүн бұрын
Time will tell! I’m hoping to keep this vehicle for 20 years.

Thanks for the video. I've had mine for almost 3 months as well - love it! The gas tank is also my biggest gripe - seems like I fill it and that first click down on the fuel meter happens too fast! I'm also having issues with my Cruise Control - doesn't work consistently - weird. Curious what other or any upgrades you've done - I have upgraded from the tinny, weak horn and a few others - but wish I could find a rubber mat for the area where the LC/FE has the phone charger - mine is a 1958. Thanks again!
@JPontheMountainКүн бұрын
Thanks for watching! As soon as an auxiliary tank is available, I’ll be making that upgrade. I’ll be posting a mods video soon that shows all the small things I’ve done so far.

@noctilucent7396 cool, thank you for sharing your opinion. It is very hard to find a good AT tyers that works well on highway. Especially most of us will be using it 90% on highway and 10% offroad.
