Just for your imformation the Black and White Edinburgh Atlantean was not an original dedicated Airport bus. It is actually one of a number of double deck service buses which Lothian Region Transport converted to coaches in 1976/7. They were used primarily for city tours, excusions, private hires and the airport.

Ember been around for rough 4 years now still using their first 2 buses 70 plate Yutong E12 coaches sorry i just remember them being around for ages now and getting bigger over time will soon be much larger by next year as they rumoured to have ordered 100 GT14 yutongs

Fun fact about 101 u used to have to get at the back door as their is a small desk there and that’s where u payed to get on the bus and u used the middle or front door to get off very rare and nice example restored by Douglas scolar who sadly passed away a few years ago aged 82 but in the 1990s he bought and restored 101 to its original condition and he kept 101 and Leyland titan PD2 bus 798 both buses now have new owners but are kept at lathalmond
