The more and more I see this thing on the road the more I hate it. Only thing I really still like is the front end. I was getting one of my two 460 serviced couple weeks ago and was checking out the 550. The 550 is such a decline from the 460 and 570 respectively.

I’d like to see a version of this that is less off-road capable but in a plug in hybrid platform. Would be 4WD, have the same or more horsepower. Good for going to Costco in the snow or the rain, but maybe not off-road. But would be a lot more efficient. How many luxury vehicles this expensive ever make it off road?

Beside the base trim GX and Land Cruiser almost overlapping in price, there are way too many trim levels for this vehicle. 6 for the GX and 2 for the LC. Do we really need 8 trim levels for the same vehicle? Great review Mike. By the way I think this looks great, just too many trim levels.

The mother in-law seats are half wrapped in leather….the lower sides aren’t leather. For a vehicle that cost that much? Nah!

For that money i want a luxury interior. Not a sporty rugged look. No real leather on the dash or doors. This is why Lexus will never be as nice a place to be as a Mercedes or evwn BMW
