2024 Mental Health Forum (APhiA ZSL)

"Vulnerability is not weakness; it's strength!"
On February 15, 2024 the Zeta Sigma Lamda (San Diego) and Nu Tau Lambda (Orange County) chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc hosted a Zoom forum with the theme "Vulnerability is not weakness; it's strength!"
The primary objectives of the forum were to destigmatize discussions around Black Mental Health, provide a safe space for Black men to discuss challenging topics, and offer tools and culturally competent resources, hotlines, and therapists to assist them and their families when needed.
