Even as I watch Michael Jackson’s Ghosts, I wish the short film could be longer than 39 minutes! Like, as a feature film! The things I’d like to see for a longer version are: Have a prologue narration at the start and end, Give some character development for the maestro, mayor & the kids, A more detailed story to follow, Some more visual effects, A betrayal scene where the mob turns on the Mayor after he makes the Maestro disappear, complete with an argument & fight scene where the mayor gets ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED in spectacular & glorious Stephen King fashion, and complete with 1 F bomb for a PG-13 rating, And even some more score pieces by Nicholas Pike to fit or fill in the extended runtime! And what are my final thoughts? From 39 minutes to 115 minutes would be better!
