rear shocks, red stitching and exhaust are coming from the V7 Stone Special Edition, bottom line the difference comes from the tyres and colour of both tank and eagle. I own the former and after 3 week enjoy every bit of it, understood. from my dealer that since the TEN was introduced mine will become a thing of the past availability wise.

Took it out for a test ride today and I must say it is a big disappointment. The look is gorgeous, no question. But the rest is horrible. You can’t see shit in those pretty mirrors. Too small and they vibrate like mad. My ass hurt after an hour on country roads. Position is cramped, a bit too sporty with foot pegs being too high and in a wrong place in general. In general I test drove it because I wanted to buy it but it made me tired after an 80 km ride. Also horrible in town with too much heat from the cylinders and poor mirrors. In general it is a kind of bike to put in a garage to look at it. Riding is a huge downside to this bike. I’m still shaking and it has been 2 hours I rode it.

I BOUGHT one and the riding position is top notch comfotable for several hours in the saddle. Get the standard mirror, not end end. tons of real world power. Therr is scant heat from the engine even at 90 F compared to my V100S Mandello (ya, I own both). For a standard this bike has near zero downsides. It has a specific personality and runs like a charm at 4K RPM all day long and pulls corners in 1, 2 or 3rd gear your choice. All that changes I exit acceleration but no complaints from the two valve hemi-head engine. The engine is super flexible and quiet. I ride the V7 STONE 10 and with a small GV fairing it is a fantastic back road stormer with long legs and tremendous range (52 MPG and 5.5 gallos of fuel). So no, I disagree with your asessment and I'm 5'10" and 140 pounds and fit like a glove. Most comfprtable bile I've used even over the V100S for long rides. OK, the V100S is better at 60 MPH plus (windshield height) and Interstates but I seldom travle on those roads. do agree the bar end are not too great, chage to the standard ones. Not too much distortion at speed with those.

@@Rower30-ye6qn Glad you like it. I didn't and went for Kawasaki W800 instead. I find it much more relaxed and comfy but understand your point of view. It is a stunning looking bike and I wish there were more of them on the streets. That goes to Kawa W800 as well. I envy the shaft drive but the rest I really prefer on the W800. Especially I like the "Made in Japan" quality with plenty of metal parts instead of plastic like on the Guzzi.
