It was nice to see them not insist on trying to assign a rank to each WR and instead recognize that each brings something different to the table. This offense will benefit from using different personnel packages to best utilize their own talent and attack their opponents weakness.

Him saying Doubs isn’t going to be a superstar is borderline crazy . Doubs is a very reliable WR who can make amazing catches. That is for sure Loves go to guy out of every WR and he’s the most consistent besides Reed

Options and depth. They can spread the work, keep everybody healthy, absorb any injuries that do happen, and still field one of the top receiver/TE corps in the league.

These casuals mentioning Toure lol. He only dressed for like 5 games. You’re right, Heath is the real #6 here.

No way you’re really debating if WICKS or Watson is the WR1. Wicks is the WR 3 competing with Toure. The real debate is bewteeen Doubs and reed. And then Watson if he’s healthy.

Don’t forget every pass catcher mentioned was either a a rookie or second year guy. Packers fans wanted Davante Adams cut after his second year. Guys take time.

They all resemble previous fan favourite Packer Receivers. Reed is a lot like Randall Cobb, Wicks has a tough James Jones feel to his play. Watson reminds me of Antonio Freeman with his speed and jumping, and Doubs is a Robert Brooks no nonsense do the dirty work type of player.

The real question might be are these WR's really all this good or is it because of the QB they play with? They of course have skills but all NFL WRs have skills so what has set GB apart from so many other highly talented WR cores? Its the QB who is throwing to them and getting them in the right spot to be able to utilize those skills.

The Packers, once you factor Josh Jacobs into the mix, have 8 legitimate NFL pass catching weapons (and this is not taking into consideration what Lloyd could be, nor the steady play of Dillon). None of them may ever be a top 10 WR - or even top 20 - but none of them have to be. In the MLF offense, with a QB who appears willing to not force things to particular guys (Rodgers to Davante), this could be the toughed passing offense to defend. Every player on the field could be the #1 read - or the #5. They will find the target with the mismatch and exploit it, and once you shift to take that away they'll find the next - because in the NFL there is always a mismatch to exploit.

I don’t think Kraft and Musgrave should have a competition. I think they’d both be great splitting snaps and even being on the field at the same time

Watson needs to be their no and play those snaps ,he opens everything up ,even in the run game !, jayden reed from the slot is almost the most solid player of any packers wr so the only competition i see is doubs and wicks which is insane to think about cause what's sure is watson isn't as good of a player as doubs or wicks!,

No real battle for the top 4.... They all are pushing each other... Bo Melton is leading the pack for the next set of receivers... So idk if there is a real "battle" at wr... More so doing what the offense wants due to the unpredictability of who could get the ball...

This is crazy bro. They knew he was having issues, so they went to other receivers. Remember that Lafleur was calling the most plays for Watson early on in the season. If he's healthy he'll be the #1 and I can see Wicks jumping Doubs as #2 by the end of the season. Reed will always be a dynamic slot. Doub is JJ part 2

Musgrave must be related to somebody important to get the favoritism he does. Tucker Kraft is the guy that stands out, even on his college tape. We pretend Musgrave is supposed to be some kind of receiving specialist just because Tucker Kraft can do everything well. Just let the better tight end play. Ppl have made excuses for Musgrave being out-performed since he got to GB. Kraft is better at everything, don't force him to pretend he isn't.

@TheBrotherHoodSports I knew he must've had an Uncle Bill pulling strings somewhere. I think mr penn state Sean Clifford seems like somebody's darling too... not to take anything from a pro athlete's ability or hardwork though. I just think common assholes like us ought to call out Uncle Bill's influence; I mean favoritism. I don't have an Uncle Bill, otherwise, I would be in the NFL for sure.

@andrewkalwitz The Clifford thing is different. They simply want our QB to look like Favre or Rodgers on the outside if you know what I mean.

@TheBrotherHoodSports I believe they played into the racial difference to get higher performances out of their quarterbacks. There is a 'stereotype threat' that will make a guy worse at something just because they believe their own ppl aren't good at something, and also a 'stereotype boost' that will give a guy more confidence just because he thinks his own ppl are good at something. The 'stereotype threat' can mess a person up, but maybe if it doesn't mess a guy up, they can become excellent from the pressure. I don't know of a term that refers to a performance increase from overcoming 'stereotype threat,' but it seems like there should be one. Jordan Love had pressure we didn't really bring up much, being the franchise's first black qb. It's really a good thing he panned out or the stereotypes would seem reinforced to many ppl. There is also a 'stereotype lift effect,' which isn't just from thinking your own ppl are good at something. The 'steretype lift effect' is a performance increase that finds security not in a positive stereotype relating to one's self, but in a negative stereotype applied to someone else. If Jordan didn't pan out, Clifford might strutt onto the field like his whiteness is going to throw the ball for him. The presumption that whites are good at quarterback might give the white qb the 'stereotype boost,' but, then, the presumption that the black man cannot perform well will give the white quarterback the 'lift effect.' Packers probably know exactly what they're doing. The intellectual types study our behavior so they can train us to compete at working for them. I think the packers put some unspoken pressure on their first black franchise quarterback, and if he didn't do well, ppl would've been glad to get a white guy back out there, like race must've been the problem. It's a good thing for everyone that Jordan Love performed. The stereotypes really become so uninteresting when everybody is just excited to see a really good quarterback.

@TheBrotherHoodSports Jordan love definitely didn't have an Uncle Bill making excuses for him. He was getting criticized early, even after a good week one and that comeback against the saints. It seemed like his time on the bench meant very little patience from ppl.

Doubs is no doubt a number 1 and an upcoming super star. He had the most receiving yards and most targeted last season by love so how isn't he a number one and a superstar. Rodgers I mean love has multiple weapons now ain't no competition really. Different receivers different skill sets . Stop putting these guys in competition there a team. P.s. Watson is a 2nd rounder he's not getting surplanted by anyone. Great vid 👍.
