@@ImEmmaJ 幫你重溫一下你寫的 「Q2 澳洲打工度假資格、條件要求 任何人都可以申請!! 31歲以上 可以申請學生簽證!」 Q2 Qualifications and conditions for working holiday in Australia Anyone can apply! ! Over 31 years old You can apply for a student visa! 你只有提打工、度假,完全沒有提讀書喔! 所以不要硬拗了 You have said by that anyone over 31 years old, applying for a student visa qualifies and meets the conditions of working holiday in Australia. You have not mentioned any intention of studying. Let’s ask the Department of Home Affairs if this is legal or not.
@@ImEmmaJ If you are re not an immigration lawyer or officer, than you have no ground of sharing this irresponsible and misleading information. Please refer to A student visa is for students, it is not a working holiday visa for older people. There are other legal ways a person can obtain residency if their intent is to work in Australia with the required qualifications or skills. But simply using a student visa with the intent of working holiday and not studying is illegal. You have further pointed out a 50 year old woman using student visa to work here. True or not, you should not take certain content out for your own benefit. Do not act like an expert when you are not. One day you will leave the country, but the Taiwanese community who reside here is different. Whatever your intent is, with you spreading misleading information is damaging the community’s reputation. Your video and blog is not an act of kindness, it is instigating people to do illegal acts and create trouble.
In your video or blog there was absolutely no mention of the intent of studying with a student visa. In fact, the intent was indeed working holiday. When the Taiwan office is urging people to be honest, lawful and obtain the correct visa. You choose to mislead people to act illegally. There is no point in arguing or trying to explain yourself. Your video and blog content will be provided to the Department of Home Affairs and the Taiwan office for clarification.
