This boat is one of the coolest! I love the sturdy and oversized walls, doors, and built-ins. They used beautiful, practical and durable and surfaces throughout and their use of indirect lighting along the floors is a nice touch that makes a space feel more elegant, safer and bigger (ie: crew cabins). I loved the secret doors, amazing galley, and clever storage solutions (tv in closet but can’t tell). Thanks for this show. 😊

It looks like a proper beast. They didn't skimp on the daily-life practical spaces, so it's more like a real home, not just a floating coctail lounge. I like that although the group spaces are big enough to gather everyone on the boat, each area is different in feel and function, and there is enough actual separation between them to have a sense of personal space when you want it -- especially on long trips!

@NautiStyles15 сағат бұрын
Good morning - well noted about the affordable ones 😉
@stingray454015 сағат бұрын
@ well, “affordable” is a matter of perspective, lol. But I think your affordable yacht series is kind of an eye opener for a lot of people who realize that if they save up and play their cards right, a used 35-50 footer is actually attainable for them. At least it did for me, as a not wealthy fisherman, stumbling onto your channel opened up a whole new world to me that I didn’t even consider as possible. Also helps expose landlubber spouses to a possible future where you aren’t bobbing around in a little tin can all day long.
@CarolBarnes-qq8ih14 сағат бұрын
I completely agree....it's nice to dream, but let's be more realistic with current economics.
@stingray454014 сағат бұрын
@ I like to do both. My kids and I really enjoyed that river boat cruise tour, and that huge explorer yacht with the disabled kid that’s doing a trip around the world. But the smaller, used yachts really get the “bad decision” corner of my brain turning… haha.
@jeromehebert31845 сағат бұрын

Magnificent yacht. Superior naval design wrapped in subtle elegant luxury. Like an orca in silk pajamas. Is it "Dodge" or "Dohzhe" ? I think that built-in mooring line guide in the stern is called a "hawse hole" which sounds dirty but actually helps keep things clean & tidy. I prefer this crane-as-bulwark design to the Flexplorer A frame despite the lower capacity; being able to load over the side, not just the stern is great flexibility. No irony there. Speaking of cool bits of design that have double uses, I like that opening the hidden head tv door turns the screen to the dining table. Ditto for the slatted wooden door in the beach club; looks great, separates guest from crew space, but also great for acoustics. No sink in Adamas' laundry room ? Where are you going to wash your clients' delicate unmentionables ? Or spot clean all the shirts dolloped with the Rico pasta sauce they'll slobber all over themselves ? Love those steel-lined galley cupboards; stylish and practical. And no clickety closures. Hate those clickety nipple things. I don't think anyone has toured the Ocean King 130, the real explorer SUV of the OK line-up. That would be cool and a coup.
