The instant inpack numbered cards is a tye dye parallel.

On the box it just says - Instant Impact - Green Pulsar /25 , doesn't list the dye as a possibility

I wouldn't even know that's a numbered parallel insert if you didn't check it because it looks the same with the normal instant impact insert.
