I (Platonically) love Chris as a player. It sounds like we may have a little 'cardio fiend' on our hands that extolls the virtues of endurance and stamina (because he's been working out)....DESPITE being currently injured. Uli is such an enigma with his forehand, sometimes he barely has 300', other times he's parking hole 1. After watching him for years I'm convinced I have 90-95% of his power with a stable disc, but he's a genius with angles and flippy discs and can conjure an extra 100'+ when it's go time.

Casey white seems to be one of the nicest guys on tour. Always happy to see him play and the few times I’ve heard him commentate he was great and funny. Joel freeman seems like he yells at his wife, in public he jokes to hide his anger problem.

0:58 - I was lucky to get to play 2009 Pro Worlds in MPO and that was a 6 round event for us that didn’t make the cut. Those that did played 7 and the finalist played 8 - great win @averyjenkins!

Very new to disc golf, only been playing for about 5 months now. Absolutely love it, Uli is one of my favorite players. My favorite disc is his jawbreaker captain raptor. It’s awesome big jerm and uli play and then commentate. The mental strength these two have is spectacular!

Curiosity question. Hole 9 when Joel is throwing 3 (after OB). I know it is close, so hard for anyone to call, but if I am the player, would it be a penalty as I’m pretty sure his foot was in OB when throwing the disc? 42:10

There's nothing wrong with businesses making decisions that benefit them. Jomez set themselves apart from the rest of the pack and got the attention of the pro tour. It just as easily could have gone the other way if gatekeeper did things differently. Demonizing Jomez for taking advantage of opportunities is dumb. It's like being pissed at your friend who saved his money for buying a house when you live out of your car because you didn't save.

@@andrewguzman110 how does this benefit them in any way? The pro tour owns Jomez. They cut down on the amount of potential viewers while also flatlining multiple businesses. No DG fan has ever said “oh man I wish there was less coverage”. GK pro gets booted, Gatekeeper gets booted, ARP gets booted… it’s bullshit. That last comparison makes no sense at all. Nobody is talking about owning a house or whatever the hell youre trying to get at. I’m talking about not having multiple avenues of watching the sport I love and how that affects the people who created that content. Commentators, filmers, editors etc. all of those people are completely left out of the equation for a reason which I cannot understand. More DG = Good thing. Cannot stress that enough.

They were banking on the fact that the COVID growth was real growth and that the partnership with DGPT would be a great opportunity to grow their platform. They bet wrong and now they got bought out and now DGPT is doing what's best for them with their new acquisition. Both companies were just trying to do what they thought was best and unfortunately the ones who weren't in the position to do the same paid for their mistakes. But to say they railroaded other companies makes it sound malicious like that was their goal was to crush the other guys but that's not what happened.
