The first Mojo pitcher was sliding her foot forward at least 2 inches off the pitching plate nearly every pitch. Why did the umpires not call it?

Commentators didn't like the safe call on the stolen base at second (9:47). The call would have been safe anyway because the fielder obstructed the runner. (The fielder was in the basepath and the runner's hand got caught on the fielders cleat before the fielder caught the ball.)
