Red white and Blue Jubilee was $12 in Nevada, and flaring stars was $5. All these fountains were 65% off. Didn't see storm runner though 😢

Lots of great bogo items from Phantom. TNT’s only good value items are their discontinued items. Compare the TnT bogo Groundblooms and smoke balls.
