Snowflake ❄️ It’s so vital to find a system that works for you, isn’t it? I’ve tried various planners and at the end of the day what works best for my Type A brain is a spiral notebook! 😃 I map out each day and the necessary tasks, appointments, deliveries, etc. I may just borrow your idea of writing down the weather! I love it! Florida weather can be very temperamental so this is key information. 🏖️ These days, I’m very busy watching our grandsons a couple days a week, so I also use Google calendar and color code the kids etc. My personal color is pink also. I can know at a glance who I am watching on any given day.

I currently use Cozy, but have questioned moving over to Google. For some reason it intimidates me. Ha!

I really admire your dedication to being organized. I think you are amazing in that aspect. This year is going to be my year of getting my ducks in a row for sure. We moved less than 2 months ago and we will start renovations in the spring but soon after that I’m going to hit the ground running. Right now I’m sorting through all of our stuff and donating as much as possible so that when I do start organizing I won’t be as overwhelmed. ❄️ snowflake ❄️

Snowflake I’m also a visual, color-coded daily planner person. But, being a list/note maker, you’ve inspired me to streamline my method. It’s about creating an individualized system that makes sense, but that we’ll actually utilize everyday. Thanks for helping me see the need to tweak mine here and there.

Finding a planner for me is like a mission...im searching book after book looking for something that jives with my brain, and its not an easy task! I really like thr system you used years ago with the post it notes and i implemented A LOT of that because it was so flexible. Anyhow...thank you for this! Hi Melissa. Did your family ever call you Missy? We call our Melissa , Missy but no one outside the family calls her that. My planner seems more simplified to me but I did get some hints from you on some things I will incorporate into mine. I just watched yesterday two old videos of yours that I really liked. One was what you do before you go on vacation and the other one is what you do when you get home from vacation. I wasn’t surprised when we didn’t see the video of Christian’s party because I knew it would be the same. But was really happy to see the planning video that I watched about 2:00 AM. Still having lots of pain that’s keeping me from sleep. we are supposed to leave tomorrow to go to Dallas which is about a five hour trip from where we live here in South Texas. But they still are not recovered from the Covid up there and I don’t feel like I can travel either. We may have Christmas sometimes after the first of the year. We’ll see. Love in Christ

Yes, my whole family calls me Missy. In the town that I grew up in, no one calls me Melissa. It has been a name that I taken on as I got older and felt like I needed to sound more sophisticated. Ha!
