Right?! 🤣 It's a hard balance as a content creator that makes planner content. I know I don't need all this stuff, but I have it for work. And I like to make content showing people how they can use things, but it's important to me to be authentic about it (meaning I need to actually use it!). I wish I would have thought about saying this in the beginning of the video, but it's never my intention to have people think they need all this stuff to stay organized. It's more like here are some options and maybe one of them will work for you and you learned that because I showed you how I use it and it gave you an idea for how you could use it.

The layout for the weeks is very functional. Makselife daily is similar so I made a makeshift one too in my inserts lol. I am guessing the planner companies are waiting to see if it's a trend that holds before they invest in the production.

I have way too many planner and stationery supplies for 2024. So, rather than being overwhelmed, I'm not adding anything new until spring. For winter, I'll use my Happy Planner Franken Planner to include catch-all, goal planning, and food planning. In addition, I have my winter notebook with all my lists: books to read, areas to declutter, exercise notes, and anything else that is important to me to have a well lived life. I'll add other lovely items as I'm ready for them. I'm new to your channel and I really like it. I prefer planning theory and ideas over ways to decorate my pages. This is a good place. 😊

KZbin videos count as primary sources! You’re creating an archive online, so not having a physical archive is not the end of the world 😊 Plus, I’m sure it’s so much less work to store and manage just the pieces you want to keep and reuse, rather than every single page. I’ve kept my planners in the past, especially for exciting years that involved a lot of travel, but I think I’m going to get rid of my 2020-23 planners. There just wasn’t a lot happening in 2020 😂

You are so right! I didn't even think about that even though I used probably 90% digital sources, including KZbin, in my thesis. Also, interesting to think about 2020! That's one year that future scholars are going to be exploring en masse since it resulted in such a profound shift worldwide. Yet it was so boring for us who lived through it. 🤣
