2024 POLARIS SLINGSHOT R | FIRST RIDE

I bought a new 2023 R (rebates on the 2023!) back in May. I got a manual vs the auto. Absolutely loving it. Was getting too old for my Indian Chieftain. Buying the Slingshot was a no-brainer after how well Polaris treated me with the Indian. My wife had stopped riding with me on the bike, but LOVES riding with me in the Slingshot. Good job on the review.

@@1RaceLifestyle it really is. When I was a “biker”, I didn’t like the Slingshot but here I am, loving it. This after riding motorcycles for over 40 years. Having something your wife enjoys with you makes all the difference.

Yo, this past weekend rent a slingshot and Man me and my wife had a ball. It’s like riding more like you get the same air just really enjoyable experience and I’m thinking about buying one. The ride was great and the sound of the motor it was automatic, but it had a lot of power it really is a weekend getaway, cruising machine.💯☺️

Looks awesome ! Just a regular driver's license to drive one of those ? Are helmets require ? Maybe when I get too old to ride my bike . I certainly prefer that than a trike or Can Am Spider but I'm pretty sure the sticker price would be up there . I'd love to try one . Ride safe

In Florida, you can drive one with a regular license. No motorcycle endorsement is needed. Helmets are recommended due to it being an open-air vehicle. For this video, I did have on a helmet but every states laws are different. I would definitely take one over a Trike or Can-am, im actually looking to purchase one😂. You can fund alot of pre-owned low mile ones around also. Thanks for watching!

Talk to Polaris have them give you a slingshot and every month send you a mod and you can do a review on installation and review.

I definitively would!! It might not be so pleasant in the rain. The removable roof is very impressive with keeping the heat from the sun out, which makes for a more pleasant experience here in Florida. I'm currently pricing one myself.
