Some incorrect info. Dealer told him what he needed to hear to sell him the car. It looks to be a very high spec dealer car. The 3 cars the dealer mentioned were from the 2024 allocation drop; there may be more for 2025. Plus other area dealers will get their’s as well. Regular Porsche mid-engined line goes electric in 25; no hybrids. Some 911 models get hybrid. No one knows if the spyder rs has a MY 25. TBD. Weissach is a Porsche test track and is the name of an expensive trim package on their rs models. Awesome car, regardless. Could be rare, maybe not. Depends what happens for 2025. Those intakes sound like nothing else on the road. Too bad he didn’t give you a ride. Mine shows up next month, and I can’t wait. 😎 In the meantime I mine for every spyderr rs video I can find. lol

1) It'll run at least two model years. 2) I know nothing about the greater St. Louis area, but I guarantee that they'll see a lot more than 3 examples. 3) Next iteration of the 718 will be fully electric, not hybrid.

The three allocated cars I’m referring to are the St Louis Porsche dealership. This wasn’t a dealer spec car it was a customer who backed out. If I said hybrid that’s what I thought I was told so if it’s electric it’s even more of a reason I wouldn’t buy it. I don’t enjoy electric cars at all. Correct on 2024 allocations that’s all they will get for sure there is no guarantee there will be any 718RS for 2025, nobody knows.

That was a good pick up. This car is difficult to get, even more so in PTS. Congrats! This could be the last of a generation, I'm hoping it will hold its value even though it is not a numbered car. The important question is how many will they produce, unlikely just one yr production. Anyway seems like a different car than the coupe, you notice almost instantly driving out of the lot. Enjoy!
