2024 PREP: ways to start the year productive, how I set goals + stay consistent!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 10 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,860 subs and > 2k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

This might be a stupid question but can you show exactly how you make your oats (including amounts / toppings) for sufficient nutrition and good taste? I’ve tried w protein powder and idk if I was using too much compared to oats where it tasted awful! I use the ritual protein powder.

Oh, I know what you mean; there are times when I just turn my phone off for a bit because I know I’m grabbing it too much. Gilmore Girls is the perfect show to watch on the side. You can somehow still follow along with it while still doing your work (or maybe it’s because I’ve seen each episode some many times haha).
