@@reasonmattersmost That's fair and it's fine if that's your opinion but if you were watching back in 2017 18 19, Jerm and Sexton (especially Nate, commentary GOAT imo) were typically on their A-game on the mic together, way more so than they are now, and tournaments were so exciting to watch during those times. I respect Uli and am sure he is a decent guy. But he's just mediocre on the mic and takes away from Jerm and Nate's chemistry.

I think it's great as well but more used to Jerm and Paul only. Nate comes in and feels a bit like their supervisor.

I love these shorter holes with elevation changes / low ceilings / quick greens / tight gaps. I really like watching holes like these more than open bombs. Phenomenal job on filming in the woods by the Jomez crew.

Why is JoMez not showing us which discs players are driving with anymore? That was one of my favorite aspects of watching disc golf with my buddies, being able to discuss disc selection, and then how players use it to shape the shots. I was hoping they would start doing it more, even down the field, but seems like it is being prioritized less and less. Please keep showing us disc selection!

Today is a sad day for me! Thank you, Jomez, for the coverage! Akira Toriyama passed away, and I had a friend named Dillon-Joe Richter who loved Dragonball as much as I do. Met him through golf and we pushed each other so much by talkin sht, playing together as a team, and trying to get better by putting in hard work. I miss that guy man. I am soo happy to enjoy some golf and remember my friend and some childhood into my adulthood memories. Rest In Paradise you two. 🕊 🕊 🕊

Love the commentary. Please show us what disc is being thrown. FPO seems to do much better at this. Maybe find a different way to ask players what they threw. Give their caddy $20 to write it down as they go or appoint a jomezpro volunteer to write them down for lead card.

6:38 this is why I'm so happy Isaac is good, because I'd never seen this style before and it's unlocked my putting. I've tried everything, but no matter what I did my putt always felt janky and awkward and unnatural. Until I tried Isaacs putt last year and suddenly it all made sense. Now don't get me wrong I'm still a terrible putter, but at least I no longer actively avoid the sport because I hate one aspect of it. I think for me a lot of it was coming from ultimate, and Isaacs putt feels very reminiscent of throwing a floaty upline to a handler (also I'm lefty so I throw bh uplines a lot).

For all the talk about basket technology and spit outs.. seeing that putt from Emerson on hole 7 stick is a thing of beauty.. It feels like those classic "catches" by the basket totally makes up for spit outs, and evens out the whole debate. Next time someone complains about spit outs and cut throughs remind them of all the times a putt stuck that wasn't "on target." IMO the goal of disc golf is to get your disc to rest in the basket - not to have this abstract notion of a "perfect putt" be rewarded, but to have it stay in the basket that is on the hole, whatever that may be.
