Hi, Binder is for tracking. Daily to do list oru simple note bookil cheyyam. Vellam kudikkunnath note cheyyan oru karyam cheythal mathi. One liter bottle vangi vekkuka. എന്നിട്ട് അതിൽ fill ആക്കിയിട്ട് അത് മാത്രം കുടിക്കുക. തീർന്നാൽ വീണ്ടും full ആക്കി കുടിക്കുക. അപ്പോ അറിയാൻ പറ്റും എത്ര liter കുടിച്ചു എന്ന്. ദിവസവും 2 liter water കുടിക്കുക എന്ന habit രാത്രി ആവുമ്പോ binderil tick ഇടാം.
