Great bat but that “stays there for a long time” promise that Proton makes is bullshit. Both my neon and my hot butter is failing compression and they barely have 75-100 swings on them. Customer service and long wait times really hurts the brand as well.

My 2pc purple neon bat failed after 75 swings. But they did replace it with hot butter which I tested it out of wrapper at 300 compression but I have not used it in tournaments yet. Just hope it doesn’t do same thing again love the feel of the bat tho

Man these Protons are some of the best feeling bats out there.. But my 2 piece did the exact same thing. Broke it just like that after 1 BP session and 2 tourneys. I ordered one of these new Legacy models right when they came available, unfortunately waited 3 months then gave up after not being able to get any sort of an update ☹️

I have not had any luck with their two piece. My one piece neon 2 balanced has 800 plus wings on and still holding at 245 compression

Have to lay me know how your warranty goes. I have Neon 2 that broke and I submitted a warranty form on their website, left a voicemail and sent an email and I haven't gotten a response for over a week and a half.

I got nothing until I asked for my money back because of their “guarantee” had tracking for my return 2 days later

Well he makes videos about their bats so I’m sure he won’t have the same problems everyone else in the comments have had. Proton gonna get him a new one with the quickness so he’ll keep saying nice things…

Lucky! In wish my Legacy would break. I have the white one and it's an absolute turd. With no exaggeration it is all of 50 feet behind every bat I've swung it against.

I broke my Proton less than 50 swings with 52/300 balls and then broke the warranty bat in less than 25 swings with the same mush balls. However, my ASA Hot Butter has been used and abused and is my gamer. It probably has 500ish swings. The SSUSA and USSSA Protons are fragile.
