Yes, They are important. Always put inverted commas on the topic at the top and at the bottom.

If you get 7 nouns only does it will affect the points for listening ?

It depends on how many main nouns you missed. If among those 7 nouns, you have captured no such main content, you will lose marks from content.

Sir. If we are changing the verb to "ING". We are changing the original word from the audio right? Are we not losing marks if we change the verb like that ?

You can change the tense and the word will still be same. So you won't loose the marks

I think you are confusing Summarize spoken text with summarize written text. You can use multiple lines in SST but only one sentence in SWT. All the best!
