2024 Ranger Raptor 0-60 Testing

Still on dealer filled 87 octane. 5,429 Curb Weight, 170lb driver. Will get more testing on 93 soon.

Man thats awesome! I knew these things would scoot. I had a Ranger previously and that was pretty quick for a mid-sized truck. This has 100 more HP 😮

Sport mode with VSR off and traction control off in total analog mode with 4A and 93 octane and Iv crossed 1500 miles, the engine finally totally broke in around 1200 miles -4.8 0-60-I would suggest to everyone to run 93 octane in the vehicle at all times also do not put it in BAha exhaust mode on the street and in any other mode other than baha mode, baha mode opens up the exhaust completely up which actually makes it illegal-the baha exhaust mode is linked specifically for that mode; electronically and gear and suspension wise-it also keeps the turbos vacuums spinning and extra 3 seconds to keep maximum throttle response -if you do it on pavement, in another mode your gonna blow out the gearing -“baha mode” is a specifically enhanced off road gearing exhaust and suspension adjustment that is specifically made for long periods of high RPM long distance tracking on loose dirt and sand AND IT WORKS! Ford does not do a good job of explaining this to the Public

Baja exhaust is ONLY for the exhaust note, all the other features you find in the full on Baja vehicle mode, including a special Baja steering mode.

Holy crap this truck is quicker than I thought 0-60 most others were showing just under 6 sec like 5.97 but u got like 5.37 or something and that was only 87 Oct love to see a zero to 60 with 91/93!!

Yeah man, I figured my first run was all it had, but it definitely had more in her. I'll try to burn through this tank, get some 93 in there and run it!

Weird. I have the ProCal tune done and I’m running 93 octane and I basically live at sea level in Florida. I’m running the same 0-60 times. Biggest difference between our runs was you were holding 1/4 tank more fuel and about 25° cooler weather.

Your right, it is faster then the full size v6 Raptor with 450hp, it’s lighter and the gear base and wheel base and body style make it more aerodynamic,ford will not not say this publicly by its true, they charge 25k more for it and it’s less fast, the only engine ford makes faster is the 5.2 supercharged v8 predator, the engine they put in the RR, is exclusive to it. They do not make it for any other vehicles even the Bronco raptor v6 is tuned differently and the RR is faster than that. Best engine iv ever driven

I have a 2024 Ranger Raptor Blue and it’s bad AF-i’m from Harrisburg, Hershey, Pennsylvania, and let me just tell you the best engine I’ve ever driven in all wheel drive sport mode or Baja mode. I made it to 0 to 60 and 4.8 seconds that’s not bullshit. Please don’t do it in Baja mode that was a mistake-opens up the exhaust completely, but if you’re on asphalt, I started smelling burning, rubber- stick to sport mode and all wheel drive and step on it.❤

One question, though: Why did you use the Dragy for the 0-60 test? Is it really better than the actual speedometer?

Yes! Draggy is widely considered the most accurate measurement of performance outside of a drag strip. It uses multiple satellites for data.

Try on 98 octane should get you under 6 seconds
