I did the same thing. Convinced myself for all of December that putting my books in my everyday journal was fine; but this week I am setting up a reading journal 😂

The minute I found myself really thinking about what to include and plotting spreads, I figured I had to cave. I like the idea of dedicating a whole book to it, as opposed to a page or two in my regular bujo. Good luck with the set up.

I created my first ever reading journal for this year - got tired of trying to squeeze it into my bujo! Love your set up!

Thanks so much! This is my first one and having all the space definitely made a difference.

To write straight I put a sheet of grid paper with one edge to guide me along the invisible line I want to write on. I know I'm starting to tilt when the grid paper tilts diagonal. Its easier to see the tilt because of the grid markings. Then I move the grid paper down, when I want to write on the next line. And so forth.

Zadie Smith and Zora Neal Hurston are the only Z authors I can think of. It’s first names though 😕

I've been meaning to read a Zadie Smith book so it might be my S author!
