may have said before, my 45" had self eapping screws fitted ! as security. I use wood stove gasket goo to seal but tends to go brittle and fall out. Worse thing to fall off mid ride, the kick start lever, i found it after 18 miles, without stopping, had been run over several times but still fit for purpose. ADHD and spanner swinging don't jive.

You have told me about the self tapers before. Great idea and that would work, i just not to keen on doing that. I was told about the dual clamp set up that the knuckhead of that year uses!! I got a good exhaust clamp now. You’ll see in my new video coming soon

That’s funny Big Ed that you picked up on that lady doing that!!! What you didn’t see is i cut the footage, and you can hear me saying “what’s the problem?” To someone in there camp!!!! I confronted him, he asked why am i filming, and he didn’t give me permission, but then he backed down, cause he didn’t expect me to walk right up in his camp and confront him, but then four of his big buddies stepped up and said “we didn’t give you permission to film us” i said “i was filming your bikes, im a fuckin member of this club, i’ll film whatever the fuck i want!” But then I collected my self, and backed down and walked away. I could’ve immediately brought it up to the club and had that handled differently but i figured leave it alone, let em go, enjoy the party nerds!! Besides i know one of the guys in their camp, I’ll address it at a later date- 😂😂. Did you go back and rewatch the video, i bring you up in the beginning when we’re about to leave on our little ride!!!

Slick can you help me bro av got a 1997 1200 c .sportster bars are slipping need new handle bar riser hard wear the Allan heads are shot can’t tighten as needed the front to bolts are 6 mm thred and 30 mm lenth the back to are 6 mm thred 62 mm lenth.as it’s imperial USA can you tell me the size of 62 mm lenth and 6mm thred. Both mesurements were excludeing bolt head. Thanks bro 🇬🇧

Hey Slick' can you fab something, like the front pipe clamp system on a knucklehead? Small clamp on the frame & pipe clamp on the front exhaust pipe. Just a idea, Loved the video, I thought it was great!

Wow I’ve never seen this clamp system on a knucklehead your talking about, i’d have to see it. But all i really need to do is replace the squish pipe clamp with a new GOOD one, and everything will go back to being fine again!!! 👍🍺 SLICK

If your referring to the springs under the seats, then no. That’s a aftermarket solo seat that was on the bike when i bought it. I’m soon getting the original style seat which is a pogo seat set up!!! 👍🍺 SLICK
