It’s normal i guess that people don’t agree on fragrances, everyone has different tastes. I for example just hate T.Kalotinis perfumes, don’t know why, obviously i didn’t tested all of them, but I’m not interested anymore. Siréne i love on a paper but on me middle notes comes out very bad , like some kind of medicine, sad. But there are so many that are amazing for me and on me. And I’m kinda glad that some people hate Bianco Latte for an example, because i don’t want everyone around me to wear it 😂😅 so it’s a win win think . Ps nice list Gabby! Also, i love the new Devotion intense very much ! Although I didn’t care much for the og. But the new one such an addictive, gourmand scent ! Yum!

I love Sirene I layer it with sweat heart cherry to sweeten it up. Love devotion intense and not the OG. Love Bianco latte and actually love crème brûlée but nothing else that I’ve tried from that house, in fact when I first tried, crème brûlée wasn’t crazy about it. I was getting cream cheese, but I had a decant and I kept reaching for it to layer with others and once it was gone, I really missed it so ordered a bottle. I love hearing different opinions on fragrances, honest opinions❤❤

Yes! Red and Sirene and Narcotic delight are in my top new releases this year too. I adore them ❤ top score has to go to Red though. I’m really intrigued to try sacred flame and pannaco tahaa, I’ll need to order samples 😊

I didn't buy a whole lot of new releases, because I am still building my collection. So it is a lot of discovering of mainly older fragrances. I started in 2022, and I have became a lot more sensible since. A lot of perfumes left my collection as my nose developed more and more. But the one that comes to mind for this year is L'Eau Papier, which pleasantly surprised me because I am a gourmand lover. I have Akro Glow on the way, so can't comment on that one. I hope it is a good one. Otherwise, declutter lol.

On paper, Sirene smelled like grown up sexy bubble gum but on my skin that incense note was terrible 😔. I had the same problem with Fame. My skin just pulls the worst notes out 😭.

I’d love your option on the best Argos fragrances for woman. I bought Birth of Venus but I received a tester of Pallas Athene and loved that. I also like Sacred flame but I do get lemon and honey cough sweets from it. I might still get it though. I haven’t tried Adonis Awakens yet.

in UK weather most of the perfumes smell good. but people living in warmer countries some perfume might not smell gr8 ..hence the negative review 😊

I got a Pannaco Tahaa decant because of you, I love mango. But I didn't like the frag. All the nice notes that you describe, were drowned by some bitter and dirty scent in it. I would never liked Narcotic Delight, cause I don't like tobacco notes in any perfume.

Fragrantica is not a place I trust any more for reviews, or even note breakdowns for that matter. Fragrance is subjective and not everybody is going to enjoy the same things, and that's fine, but just because you don't like a fragrance doesn't necessarily mean it's bad (although some clearly will be). A lot of comments are just trolls and haters because that's all their world is. Many comments are by people who believe themselves to be experts, when in fact I wouldn't trust them to identify a fart in a spacesuit. I've narrowed my resources and research to a couple of YT channels that I trust, and I'm getting more samples now than I ever used to. Fragcom has grown massively, even in the 7 years or so I've been following, and with that comes the inevitible dark side... you just have to dig a little deeper to find the light Anyway, rant over 😅, you're looking lovely and thank you for your choices for 2024 😊

I was thinking the same thing. If you detest gourmands, you shouldn't review them. Also, I feel like half of the time people just want to be interesting and hoity toity about perfume, and just want to show off how 'knowledgeable' they are.

I can’t help but notice that every content creators started to like the same fragrances at the same time. Hmm… Sirene was not liked by any of them when it came out. All of the sudden everyone likes it. Along with other ones. It seems like they all getting the same memo… 😂 sorry but we all watch other creators and there is a pattern. Sirene wasn’t selling so it needs a pick up.
