Hi so my english is good because it has been my first language all my life. We speak in English at home and have been since I was a child. My exposure to media for the longest time was also in English - I've only ever read english books and disney channel, cartoon network, etc in my childhood had english shows only. So it's a game of practice. I would suggest you start consuming a lot of english content - most importantly podcasts - and trying your best to speak in English as much as possible. Speaking will get you in the habit and podcasts will improve your diction, grammar over time - iska matlab nahi hai ki beerbiceps ka podcast dekhna hai. Look for international podcasts
