I would love any digital or physical stuff. And I have some ideas that I personally would love, to make your platform and reach grow even more. Hi! Just an idea for you on the headaches/migraines. I had the same issue a few years ago, nearly every day I had a headache or migraine. I am an avid candle lover but my mom suggested removing scented candles from my house and trying beeswax candles - within a week I noticed a difference. Now the only headaches I get are if I’m sick or on my period. ☺️ hope your year is full of blessings and joyful moments.

I was so excited when I saw this pop up! Hey, Julia you said you were using new audio equipment? It may not be related but when you are talking in this video I can only hear you speaking in 1 AirPod, and the music in the other. It could just be my AirPods but this hasn’t happened on your videos that I have noticed. Just in case anyone else noticed the same or I’m crazy I wanted to say something. lol.

YES okay it was doing that for me when I was editing but I thought maybe it was something with my airpods 😂 i had some audio issues with the new mic so i'll def get it fixed and adjusted for next video!

hey julia! i am an iphone user who watches youtube on my phone, and i think the new mic messes up the audio. it only comes out of the bottom speaker which is a little screwy with the way the audio is coming through ! :(

Hi! New here but I like your videos. I also suffer from migraines and definitely go to the neurologist it will probably help your migraines a ton. I’ve had chronic daily headaches and migraines that sent me to urgent care a few times a year. Everyone is different so you have to see what works for you, but I’ve been on the Emgality injections and Ubrevly for a rescue medication for a few years and my pain/ quality of life is way better.
