I live about fifteen minutes from Gwinnett County, GA. That case is terrifying, especially considering maybe ten years ago a girl local here to Gainesville was murdered and her killer was never found. The first case this guy is going to get off because the other guy threw the first punch he felt threatened he had the right to defend himself and when you got somebody coming at you throwing punches and you feel like maybe you're not strong enough to fight against that person use any Force if necessary to protect yourself and your woman so I think this is an open and shut case I really don't see how this guy is in handcuffs when it's on camera and he was going at him and why his neighbor how's it going to begin with bringing it is another thing but he did bring it to probably defend himself he probably didn't think for one second that his neighbor would throw punches at him and hit him in the face and this is over our water valve I mean come on have we all forgotten how to be adults this is what you want your kids to see now it's all over the internet so his actions his kids are going to pay for this if these couples have any this is what their children are going to see we have to start acting like adults and stop being so hot headed about everything and learn how to coexist without violence I mean it's gotten too far but he obviously felt threatened enough to go over there to speak to his neighbor about this and talking about it he probably knew that this guy was going to catch an attitude or throw hands which he obviously did so he carried that gun for protection because he probably knew how his neighbor was going to react but I can see this guy getting off because I'm sorry he threw the first punch Case Closed that's what they're going to see it's unfortunate but it's fact okie dokie I'm done God bless ✌️
