Completely agree. I do think it is an incremental movement to totally wireless. They do have wireless now, but it is super expensive at the moment. Probably give it 2-3 years for them to have a wireless solution that is accessible to more consumers.

Just bought one of these, 2023 55” model. Upgrading from Samsung UE32F4510AW 32” (2013) so it’s going to be like swapping an iPhone 5s to a 14 Pro. Really looking forward to it, going to be a huge upgrade!

The OS is fine for the most part. Easy to get between sections and back to home. Only thing I do not like is the on and off. Because one press will turn on art mode when I mostly just want the tv off. I know...not what the tv was made for lol

Am I right to think that the 32 inch 2022 version doesn't have a sensor so the art work doesn't display when you enter the room but the 32 inch 2023 version does have this sensor ? I know the larger TVs all have the sensors regardless of 2022/2023 version. It was the reason I am going for the later model.

Honestly, with it not having that many updates from the last version, I would just get the 2022 version. IF you can hold out for a year, then I would consider getting the 2024 version which should be a full upgraded model.

The TV looks great hiding amongst your other picture frames! Which cord cover did you use to hide the power cable? I hear the power cable isn't rated to be tucked inside the wall without some proper shielding...

Yup, it is not rated for that. I purchased a one-cord cover which is thinner and slimmer than the covers that can hold more than one cord. But since the Frame only has one cord, it works perfectly. Direct Link: amzn.to/3rCcftf

100%. The art that Samsung provides will scale up to those larger sizes. If you are using your own art, make sure they are high quality or they will come out pixelated

This is the 43. I would say to first measure the width of your fireplace. Then decide if you will have pictures to the side of the tv. If not, then you can go the maximum with of your fireplace before the tv starts to overhang on either side. IF you will have pictures, then deduct the size of the picture frames from the width and that should give you a good indication of size tv.

Good video. I think frame tv is worth it if you can get it on sale, last years version 2022 i got for $500 off. Its not our main tv, its in the living room and we have a sony oled in basement. The anti glare matte screen is really underrated, amazing for day time television and for bright content. really does make the place look amazing asthetically, paired it with a wireless atmos samsung soundbar s60b and its a really nice setup.

Dope! I would recommend it. It does adds a wow factor when it is on. But based on the updates, you don't 100% need to get the latest version.

We will be viewing from across the room and not directly across the room. Do I need to put it on a swivel? It will definitely be a wall mount.

The frame uses a different type of mounting system that is different from traditional VESA mounts. This is in order for the tv to fit flush against the wall. It does allow for you to use traditional VESA mounts; however, just be aware that it might not look flush against the wall. In my usage, it does have a pretty good viewing angle so you don't necessarily need a swivel mount.

I would choose the TCL. The main thing with the Samsung is that it can look like a picture. IF you do not care about that feature, then you'll get better features and more bang for your buck with the TCL.

I bought this TV 2 weeks ago to replace a 2019 model (which turned on/off on itself all the time). Frankly the 2023 Model one of the worst products I've ever bought. Incredibly buggy software, nothing works. I will never buy Samsung products again. Regarding the Art Gallery Mode - The 2019, with normal glass did a more realistic job than the new one as picture frames usually have "plain glass", so the matte doesn't make much sense.
