If the spouse has dependents under 18 that they want to bring over, will these same fees apply to them? Also can you apply for the dependent children at separate times? If so would these fees be the same?

The same fees apply for a dependent child. Though depending on how young a child is the medical might be less expensive than for an adult. Also IF both parent and child are applied for at the same time, only a single $120 affidavit of support fee is paid.
