Great to hear this news about the state of mts it really shows how much they care about their riders and homeless communities and the safety is astounding so good and going all electric by 2040 is crazy and they care about disabled riders Thank you, MTS. Thank you for everything yall do but it should not take me almost 2 hours to get to otay mall even with the rapid line 😭 We really need to work on the bus system it’s inconsistent and not as efficient as the trolley

Not to mention another feedback i have is i love the system but I cannot give as much trust as I used to in the bus system. The bus times are always delayed, the buses are not only inconsistent but the nearest transit center to me is pretty far n I really wanna start looking for a job but with the un trust worthiness i cannot ride the bus system how I used to pre pandemic therefore it puts me at an inconvenience and limits me to a smaller array of jobs. I would really love a car because irregardless sadly it would be better to travel around with contrary to the bus but i do not have that money right now! Thank you though for everything you do with the trolley. The trolley is a pedestal part to many people’s every day lives

When is bus frequency going to return to pre-pandemic levels? There are still trips that I would have made on MTS pre-pandemic that I'm not making now due to the lack of frequency.

Hi - Frequencies are back at pre-pandemic levels for most of the MTS system. Which bus route(s) are you refering to?

I'm here on the 35 bus waiting five minutes at a stop for one person to board the bus, let the driver drive, and have a helper for the driver to take the fare and strap the handicap people in instead of the driver
