How do you keep it from turning off if the driver gets out of the car but the rear passenger is watching something and the door is closed?

I have same unit not sure if you have this issue that im having. When i change AC speed on the front screen rear ac will turn of, also when Bluetooth earbuds are connected to rear screen volume is very low

@@bigDolla9 yea same here it’s buggy… I tried to connect BT- but its connect at times and doesn’t. I also get the echo where both Tesla and the unit plays sound

I got the same unit. For some reason I cant get it to control the A/C. I previously installed ambient lighting that connects and is powered at the same area. I chain linked it but maybe it isnt able to work that way.

Unhook the lights, then try again. If it works, that's your issue.

Reboot your car then. Close the door; press the brake; hold both buttons on the steering wheel until screen turns off, then let go of the buttons. Wait for it to come back on. Get out of the car; walk away. let it lock, wait 3 minutes. Go back in and try again.
