I’m gonna say 2 things I think there was a musical divine intervention where that relationship fell apart to prevent the most annoying album Ever - a loc/daze collab 🤢would’ve validated that genre and it would’ve been HUGE but the petty lies infighting and accusations have diminished any long term relevance that could have been like a movement The problem is that it’s fake - I see Walmart McDonald’s shoppers predominantly white middle class suburbanites supported by their parents dressing up as train hoppers from the past pretending to be politically concerned behind Apple products (and probably sliced apples on A plate with peanut butter their moms brought them ) on social media. They idolize meth alcoholics who are also hitting Walmart hard ( lol I cleaned out the apartment and have ACTUAL receipts which is funny). I had a band and my sole purpose was to GASH the separation between audience and band like banish the commercial idolizing where it’s set up like church with an untouchable hierarchy of an all knowing preacher that’s supposed To be upholding society’s enforced false morals. If we were all on even grounds banning huge corporations, not engaging in the capitalist tabloid devalue gossiping of destroying and censoring targeted artists - It would be possible To plant the seeds of an actual self supporting anarchist movement free from the delusions of made up “authority” But People want Reddit likes and merch and to act like fans that mindlessly worship Their leader and obediently follow orders - hence The cancel fucks. The second old person rant I have then I’ll wrap it up is meanwhile There’s a group of 12-13 year olds putting together a record label here. When my son was 7 I helped him form An art collective “fart poop wipe “ Based off live laugh love and we had a weekly art workshop , they sold their work online and used the $ to help pay for us to go camp in the woods (poconos and I got a small house ) but while there they designed tshirts for their group that actually sold pretty well, they reinvested that $ to buy art supplies for the super busted daycare attached to my apartment building so those kids could get involved. Point being little kids are doing better and it taught that group how to cooperate as a collective with no fake worshipped leader and now they are going to Release - all of my stuff to start , then a gen alpha comp with an unreleased choking victim and new LOC song to promote it and start the new revolution not run by the SUPER rich, minimal Repetitive and jam packed full Of lies bs marketed system industry that turned punk into An endless formatted cycle of impersonal festival circuits with the same bands headlining and the nameless fans holding plastic cups of beer buying XXL 30$ shirts to wear on the weekends off from Work The system is BORING The cancel fucks are compliant to it There is hope in action I will never stop and I enjoy ruining the dictators sad evil censorship attempts. My son said nobody reads these long replies I post once in awhile But I accidentally dropped dead twice last month ( untreated hashimotos 😬I didn’t know - I’m getting better ❤️‍🩹 ) so now I’m on 🔥 Just need to help keep Sturg Alive and help get the new album out Finish “some kid productions” so these younger generation creatives have an opportunity outlet to self release and promote outside the disgusting industry And I set up a legacy time capsule incase I drop dead but don’t bounce back like Jesus brags about.. The emails prooving sturgeons innocence and motivations for people involved in perpetuating the lies about him to deflect from their own actions - all documented and hidden online. My mom is more of C.V. fan if anything. My point is that i've seen the dude drunk, high, sober, angry, whatever, he certainly is not perfect. But, i just don't see him doing the things he was accused of, period.

It looks like you did better the shows after and if it wasn’t for the reading the lyrics at the show it would have been a million times better. I’m glad he is sobering up. I’ve been into Choking Victim and LoC since I was a small kid, same with folk punk. Even thought folk punk has it roots to shit in the 60s, I feel like Stza’s influence can be felt in a lot of bands. I don’t think though you can state Stza cause the folk punk genre or that people where copying him. Also, I was never fully on board with Whitney, but I wasn’t with Stza either. Honestly the whole situation was fucked. That disstrack on Stza sounds like shit though.

It's funny how people think that because someone was nice to them that they couldn't do anything wrong behind closed doors. Even if Stza was innocent, Leftover Crack hasn't put out a good album since Fuck World Trade. Star Fucking Hipsters had one good album. I find it funny that there's been a constant rotating door of musicians in all of his projects who don't want to work with him anymore. Let's not also forget that the reasons those albums were so good was because of all of those other musicians as well. One man does not make a band but i do think one member could make a difference. I don't think those few good albums would have been the same without him, but that doesn't mean he's a good person. I think he'll just keep touring under the Leftover Crack name and be nothing more than a legacy act, playing the songs people already know, if he keeps his shit together. I was underwhelmed when I finally got to see them in Tampa years ago, so even if the allegations never came up, I still wouldn't be going to any of their shows.
