2024 Triumph TF250X Quick Ride: Agile, Lightweight, Smooth Power

Quick ride on a new 2024 Triumph 250X! The first thing that stands out on this bike is the build quality: so much attention to detail! This bike looks so much better in person. The engine makes super smooth broad power and feels like it will rev out far (too new to rev very high on this quick ride). The ergo's felt good for my 6'2" frame. The suspension is new and needs broken in and combined with the new seat gave an overall firm feel to the bike. This bike feels so lightweight - super agile feeling and easy to throw around. Really looking forward to getting in a moto track soon!

It would be fantastic if they make an off road version. I imagine you could just put an ims tank on it and go woods racing with it. Nice looking bike for sure.

I think they have an 250F off road version in the works and a few other models including a 450 moto bike and a street legal dual sport model (maybe a 350)

That back brake reservoir looks big and vulnerable to breaking if you crash on that side or even lay it over in a turn?

I this the size and layout of the rear brake reservoir is similar to other bikes so perhaps the same chance of damage in a crash.

What is the seat height on this bike ? Looks really good, and sounds great too . Can you tell if it carries its weight lower then other 250’s ?

I could not notice any significant weight distribution difference from other 250F's. The bike feels similar to the current Honda CRF250R in terms of lightweight feel and slim ergonomics. The engine looks very similar to a KTM 250SXF. Seat height did not stand out to me as low or high - just similar to the Honda CRF250R. I will be riding this bike at a track soon.

GoPro Hero7 Black with GoPro microphone adaptor and TNE gaming mic all mounted on a Dango chin mount. Works well for me!

That engine looks very KTM 250SXF like and the power is similar too.
