TVS Motor ने 2013 में पहली बार TVS Jupiter को लॉन्च किया था और जब से ये स्कूटर मार्केट में लॉन्च हुआ तब से ये कंपनी का बेस्ट सेलिंग स्कूटर रहा है. इसी बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए अब कंपनी ने इस स्कूटर के नेक्स्ट जेनरेशन मॉडल को लॉन्च किया है. जुपिटर का ये नया मॉडल (2024 TVS Jupiter 110cc) आप लोगों को नए डिजाइन और नए फीचर्स के साथ मिलेगा. इतना ही नहीं, टीवीएस कंपनी के इस पॉपुलर स्कूटर के नए मॉडल में आपको अब बड़ी सीट मिलेगी.
डिजाइन की बात करें तो नई TVS Jupiter को कंपनी पहले वाले ही चेसिस पर तैयार किया है लेकिन इसे बिल्कुल नया लुक और डिज़ाइन दिया गया है. इसका लुक पहले से और भी ज्यादा शॉर्प और स्टायलिश हो गया है. इसके फ्रंट में चौड़ी LED डे टाइम रनिंग लाइट दी गई है. नए कलर ऑप्शन्स के अलावा स्कूटर में नए एलईडी हेडलैंप दिए गए हैं, इसके अलावा इंटीग्रेटेड टर्न इंडीकेटर्स के साथ स्लिम एलईडी टेल लैंप को भी शामिल किया गया है इसके अलावा स्कूटर का साइड प्रोफाइल भी काफी बदल दिया गया है. इसमें पिछले हिस्से में चौड़ा फ्रेम दिया गया है जो स्कूटर को पीछे से भी देखने पर आकर्षक बनाता है.आइए जानते हैं कि Honda Activa को कांटे की टक्कर देने वाले इस स्कूटर के नए मॉडल की कीमत कितनी है और Jupiter 2024 मॉडल में कौन-कौन से नए फीचर्स मिलेंगे?
इंजन भी अपग्रेड
कंपनी ने नए मॉडल में इंजन को भी अपग्रेड किया है, अब इस स्कूटर में आप लोगों को 113.3 सीसी का एयर-कूल्ड, Single cylinder, 4 stroke इंजन मिलेगा जो 6500rpm पर 7.91bhp की पावर और 5000rpm पर 9.2Nm टॉर्क जनरेट करता है. यह स्कूटर सेगमेंट में पहली बार ‘iGO असिस्ट’ माइक्रो-हाइब्रिड तकनीक से लैस है. इस सिस्टम में सामान्य से ज़्यादा पावरफुल बैटरी शामिल है (जो स्कूटर के स्लो करने के दौरान इंजन द्वारा चार्ज होता है) जो ISG मोटर को पावर देता है. इस स्कूटर के साथ आप लोगों को 82kmph की टॉप स्पीड मिलेगी.

इस स्कूटर में सीट के नीचे 33 लीटर का अंडरसीट स्टोरेज स्पेस मिलता है. जिसको लेकर कंपनी का दावा है कि इसमें दो हाफ-फेस हेलमेट आसानी से रखे जा सकते हैं. मोबाइल चार्ज करने के लिए यूएसबी पोर्ट, एलईडी लाइटिंग मिलेगी. इसके अलावा अब ये स्कूटर नए डिजिटल इंस्ट्रूमेंट कल्सटर के साथ आएगा जो ब्लूटूथ कनेक्टिविटी सपोर्ट के साथ आएगा. इसके टॉप वेरिएंट में टर्न-बाय-टर्न नेविगेशन, कॉल और नोटिफिकेशन अलर्ट के साथ-साथ वॉयस असिस्ट के साथ एक नया ब्लूटूथ-कम्पैटिबल डिजिटल डिस्प्ले दिया गया है. इस स्कूटर को TVS SmartXconnect ऐप से कनेक्ट कर सकते हैं.

टीवीएस मोटर के इस पॉपुलर स्कूटर के नए मॉडल की शुरुआती कीमत 73 हजार 700 रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है. वहीं, दूसरी तरफ होंडा एक्टिवा की शुरुआती कीमत 76684 रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है.
The TVS Jupiter 110, one of the best-selling scooters in the country, has played a significant role in solidifying this reputation. Launched recently with a fresh design and new features, the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 aims to build on its legacy while catering to the evolving needs of today’s riders.
Design
The new TVS Jupiter 110 is a significant departure from its previous model. The large LED DRL at the front and the sleek LED tail light (available only on higher variants) give it a distinctive look. However, the base variants misses out on the full LED DRL.
While at the rear, again it gets a slightly different function but the look is the same. The side panels, with their angular lines, are reminiscent of the sporty TVS Ntorq. One notable change is the omission of the Kickstarter, which is available only as an optional accessory on higher trims.
Features
TVS has packed the Jupiter 110 with an array of features. The highlight is the ‘iGO assist’ micro-hybrid system, a segment first, which improves performance and fuel efficiency. This system uses a powerful battery recharged during deceleration, providing a slight boost in acceleration. Additionally, the scooter boasts a silent start and engine start-stop function to further enhance fuel efficiency.
Engine
Under the hood, the Jupiter 110 is powered by a refined 113cc engine, derived from its elder sibling, the Jupiter 125. The engine now delivers 8 bhp and 9.8 Nm of torque. While the power increase is modest, the torque has seen a more noticeable improvement. The updated engine, combined with the ‘iGO assist’ system, offers smooth performance and a zippy start. The engine is responsive and performs well in various conditions. This time, it gets a 10 percent boost in mileage compared to the last version.
Handling & Suspension
The Jupiter 110 handles impressively well on TVS’s test track. The scooter feels stable and confident through fast corners and long straights, with minimal vibrations reaching the handlebars. All thanks to the Body Balance Tech 2.0, which adds stability. The suspension setup, while not as soft as some competitors, is well-tuned for a comfortable ride. The braking performance, with the disc brake variant and CBS, offers reassuring control and reduces wheel lockup during hard braking. We tested the scooter on TVS’s high-speed track, so we can’t fully comment on how it handles in traffic just yet.
