Finally, CQC is stepping in, I was wondering why there was a delay. I will tell you with experience, it will be not the same for carers and the sponsors. If you are not a genuine carer or care home, please look for other avenues.

If we are in UK already and if we take a COS before March 11 , so we are okay to keep our dependent (but we are not apply VISA)? 2. Is there any delay in issuing COS the applicant who are already in UK also? 3. Is there any delay in issuing Visa the applicant who are already in UK also? 4. I have one concern but not regarding new rules. My wife has been working in care home more than 6 months, so we wanna claim IHS charges we paid. It os said that the fees can be claimed but they need our IHS number. Unfortunately, we don’t have the number because visa were processed by an agent so they also don’t have them. Could you please let me know how can I get those numbers(my one and dependents). I tried to get them by calling several govt bodies like home office, UKVI, and so on. They said it can only be obtained from the mail we received when IHS charges are paid. If you have an idea regarding this, please help me. It’s a big help. Thanks a lot and all the best. As far as I know, the new rules will apply when a new visa (not extension) is applied.
