It wouldn't surprise me if that's one of the motivating factors that led to his creation. It also could be a point of contact for the players when dealing with the BBEG, a village they had put to death.

Weaknesses were already pretty rare in 2014. Skeletons are still weak to bludgeoning though. Are there notable removals that gave you the impression they were being discontinued?

​@@skippy9273 the lack of the feature is the reason of complaint, not the removal. In previous editions, resistences and vulnerabilities were pretty common.

@@skippy9273 yeah i know they were and they felt so missed out. It didnt feel like there were any difference on the physical damage types at all apart from some select feats.
