I wanted to take a moment to tell the Lego world that I was attacked by a member of a Texas AFOL group and after I tried to report the attack, I was black balled and that they went so far as to tell other groups to not allow me into them as well because I was being a whistleblower. They played mind games and tried to manipulate confrontations and passive aggressively did things like block my ability to create posts in their group chats and then magically unblock for a short time and then add the block back at a later date just to jerk around with me. If they would have said that they were going to side with my attacker because he provides a place for the group to hold meetings and openly said that they didn't want me in their club, I'd gripe but would move on because I don't want to be a victim of abusive language and hostile mind games. But instead, they hid their intentions and dragged me along while abusively dragging my name through the mud in an attempt to silence me and make me an outsider because I dared to complain about being hit at a Brick Rodeo convention in 2022 when I went to an area to do a task I volunteered to do. Yes, I know some will be abusive and will attack this post because I dare to report on the negative actions that some select few members of the community commit. It is Texas after all where those in power do as they please and when they get called out for it, they go on the attack and they smear the whistleblower while at the same time claiming they did nothing wrong.
